What He Sees

I don't see it.

He sees this beautiful girl. This girl who's eyes smile with rosie cheeks and love that exudes through her every word.

He sees an eloquent speaker who has a way with words, words that one day will reach so many people beyond his ability to explain.

He sees a person with an unbelievable heart for others; who shows daily a want to help others.

He sees a believer; who wants to show the world the love that Jesus Christ has to share.

He sees a listener; a girl who spends more time listening to the needs and problems of others than she does worrying about her issues.

He sees a desire to reach out to one or millions who need to be sheltered and fed and clothed, and given the chance to hear God's Word.

He sees humbleness in her walk; a decision, whether it be conscious or subcounscious, to choose to live with others and not above others.

He sees through to the inside and not just what she allows the world to see; the shaky, uncertain part of her that while still happy, it is a little bruised and looking for hope in a world that seems hopeless at times.

He sees this girl... woman.. whatever she may be, who is all these wonderful, beuatiful things created by God's hands, fearfully and wonderfully made.

I just see Me.
